Returns & Refunds Policy

Effective Date: February 11, 2026

At Creations by Sarah, we take great pride in our work. Because many of our items are custom-made specifically for you, we have established the following policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. General Policy

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind. Returns are only accepted in the event of a mistake on our part or if an item is found to be damaged/defective upon receipt.

2. Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom-made items are uniquely created for each customer. These items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a structural defect or an error in the customization that differs from your order specifications.

3. Reporting Damage or Mistakes

If your item is damaged or we have made a mistake with your order, you must notify us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.

• To report an issue: Email [email protected] with your order number and clear photos of the damage or mistake.

• Resolution: We will work with you to either repair the item, provide a replacement, or issue a refund at our discretion.

4. Return Process & Window

If a return is authorized, the item must be returned to us within 7 days.

• Local Pickups: You will need to coordinate a time to drop the item back off at our designated pickup location.

• Shipped Items: For orders that were shipped, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Processing: Approved refunds will be issued back to your PayPal account within 3–5 business days.

• Note: Original shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.
