Welcome to Creations by Sarah. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Ordering & Customization

• Accuracy of Information: We strive to represent colors and textures as accurately as possible. Due to the handmade nature of our products and differences in digital displays, slight variations may occur.

• Custom Requests: For all custom orders, details must be finalized at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

• Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to cancel any order or refuse service to anyone at our discretion.

2. Intellectual Property

• Ownership of Designs: All designs, including custom-made designs created for specific orders, are the exclusive property of Creations by Sarah.

• Usage: Our designs and content are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed, reproduced, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Payment Processing: All transactions are processed securely via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit or debit card.

• Pricing Errors: In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for that item. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a full refund.

4. Fulfillment & Pickup

• Local Pickup: Items are primarily available for local pickup. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with instructions.

• Abandoned Orders: Items not picked up within 60 days of the "Ready for Pickup" notification will be considered abandoned. Abandoned items may be restocked or donated without a refund.

• Shipping: If shipping is arranged, we utilize USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Once a package is handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier.

5. Customer Support

• Response Time: We aim to respond to all support inquiries via [email protected] within 24 hours.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Creations by Sarah is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.

7. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio.
